Hilary Duff out for Blessings In a Backpack

Do their best to help people in need, paid a visit to Hilary Duff in Normandy Ave. Elementary School in South Central Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon, 2 December. The "Cheaper By Dozen" darling was there to participate in a "Blessings in a Backpack" event food program, which she continues to work with the charity which supplies more than 1,100 needy students weekly throughout the school year.
