White eye liner to combat under eye circles

Do you use white liner on your waterline to brighten your eyes?I've tried that but it makes my eyes look smaller. I must be in the minority :\ Well here's another use for your white liner....I got this tip from my sister's August 2009 Shape issue. Draw little "x's" on the bags of your eyes. Then dot some concealer on top. Blend! Voila - a brighter eye :) I thought this might be helpful for you
